Occupational Therapist  

Assisting clients with a return to work with same employer

• Assisting clients with physical or Psychological injuries
• Conducting one off services relevant to your discipline (e.g. Functional Assessments, Workplace Assessments, ADL Assessments, Vocational Assessments, Vocational Counselling) and case management services
• Phone liaison, case noting and report writing
• Communication with relevant stakeholders depending on category (e.g. insurer, medical professionals, employers, prospective employers etc)
