Ipad revolution to Radiography?
It seems like the newest trends have now started to spread to the health care sector.
A new application enables Radiographers and Sonographers to view all their patients’ x-rays on the Ipad. The app makes it possible to enlarge pictures, adjust lighting and it also includes a search program that helps the Doctor to search for patients.
Whether or not hospitals around Australia will adapt to this latest trend is yet unknown, but with the mobility it offers and the opportunity to engage the patient, it could be a great compliment to current equipment used.
